Director: Stephen Poliakoff

Synopsis: After being brought up separately following their parents divorce, Richard Gillespie and his sister Natalie meet again in London in 1985. Natalie has recently finished a relationship and is unhappy in her unfulfilling job as a secretary, while Richard enjoys a hedonistic lifestyle working as an urban planner in Scotland. After Richard spends the night in Natalie’s flat, they both feel a new intimacy for one another. Two years later, Natalie marries a wealthy entrepreneur, Sinclair, and moves into a large house in the Home Counties, while Richard gives up his well-paid job to work for an agency, monitoring the new developments around London's Docklands.
